Orders and returns
Where is my swag?
You should receive an email when your order is dispatched. If you've still not received your order, contact us – please include your order number.
Can I amend my order?
It may be possible to make changes to your order (for example, the delivery address or add additional items). Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes, being sure to reference your order number.
I need to return something
Please contact us to discuss returns. Be sure to include your order number.
Payment
Can I be invoiced?
Yes. Continue to the checkout, and choose Invoice me as the payment option. One of the team will be in touch by email with an invoice.
Please note that we will not begin fulfilling any orders until the invoice is paid in full. Invoiced orders which remain unpaid may be cancelled.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Orders from the Meta UK Swag Store can only be delivered within the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
For ready-to-ship products, you should receive your swag within 4 business days of ordering.
Some of our products are made-to-order – such as those forming part of large orders, and many of our garments. Check the information on each product's page for details on its expected lead times.
Contact us to discuss timescales for a specific order.
Large and custom orders
Can I order swag with custom artwork?
Subject to minimum order quantities and artwork approval, it is possible to order swag with custom artwork.
You would need to contact us to discuss your requirements, including details of the products and customisations you're looking to make.
I can't meet the Minimum Order Quantity for a large order. Can you batch my order with someone else's?
If you and a Metamate want to team up on an order, contact us and we'll be happy to arrange separate invoices for your joint order.
Can I order something not in the store?
Yes! Head on over to the fully bespoke swag centre, where you can tell us your requirements. It would be helpful to share your ideas on:
- what products you're looking for,
- how many of each you require,
- when do you need them by, and
- which Meta families are you looking to brand with?
